🔔 Reminder Intervals

Set how many days before a due date each priority level fires a reminder. Enter comma-separated days (e.g. 30,14,7,3,1). Each value creates one reminder entry. Re-generate reminders on each location after saving to apply changes.

🔴 Critical — Days before due (e.g. rent commencement, lease expiry, TI deadline)

Example: 30,14,7,3,1,0 fires 6 reminders per deadline

🟠 High — Days before due (e.g. rent payments, insurance, HVAC contract)

🟡 Normal — Days before due (e.g. HVAC service, pylon sign)

⚪ Low — Days before due

Recurring Reminder Generation

Controls how many recurring reminders are auto-generated when you click "Generate Reminders" on a location.

Monthly Rent — Months ahead

Default: 24 months (2 years)

HVAC Service — Sessions to generate

Default: 4 (biannual × 2 years)

Gross Sales Report — Years ahead

Lease Renewal Warnings — Days before expiry

Default: 3yr, 2yr, 18mo, 1yr. Enter in days.

📧 Email Digest Settings

A daily email digest is sent each morning via Cloudflare Cron Trigger. Email is optional — the app works without it. If RESEND_API_KEY is not set, emails are silently skipped.
